  Front desk lady was super rude and in hurry. Gave me wrong information and wrong forms and said she can't help because she spent 12-15 minutes helping me. Handing over two forms doesn't take that long. She was in super hurry like she was late for her 15 minutes break. American African old lady with lack of knowledge and attitude. You get paid for answering questions and helping people. Don't sit on the desk if you don't want to do that.

  Called DMV and chose to wait for a call back rather than hold for 2 hours. When I received the call back, it suddenly went silent & never connected me to a live person! I had no choice but to hang up and try again.. but the second time, it was about 50 mins before closing time & the wait time was more than an hour - thus, the option to receive a call back wasn't given. Here's my problem, whoever picked up the phone HAD to have known that the problem was on their end.. why don't they have the courtesy to call me again rather than have me go through all of that? Such horrible customer service.

  This would be 5 stars except the gal at window 11 is rude and snarky. Don't want to name names but she has a lot of tattoos on her arm. Everyone else is pretty chill though!

  The A/C doesn't work it's hot af , smells like weed , the staff is rude too
