    Horrible! Lost my item due to improper packaging. Poor level of customer service. Staff is poorly trained. Manager will accuse you of trying to con the store if they lose your package. It's "your fault" and you "should know better" is the attitude the manager carries. Pittsburg UPS needs better management who is sympathetic to people who trust their package will be delivered. In this case, good luck with Sylvia. Pittsburg deserves better.
